3. Access to Clubs
Access to private clubs is reserved for persons aged 18 and over residing in countries authorised by the relevant clubs and rooms. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your geographical location and applicable laws.

4. Liability
RakeBoost shall not be held liable for gambling losses, changes in club/room conditions, or decisions made by third-party operators.

5. Amendments
RakeBoost reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The version in force is the one published on the website.

6. Governing Law
Costa Rican law applies. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
