RakeBoost is an independent poker affiliate and support agency, bassed in Costa Rica. We collect only the minimum data required to provide our service.

– Username / first name (optional)
– WhatsApp / Telegram number / email address (to contact you)
– Information about your playing profile (stakes, formats, volume) – only to optimise your support

Why we collect it
Only to:
• Connect you with the right clubs
• Send you your personalised rakeback deal
• Contact you when needed (support, promotions)

How long we keep it
As long as you remain an active client. Deletion on simple request (contact@rakeboost.com).

Data sharing
Never sold. Shared only with the relevant club/room for your registration and internally within our team.

Security
End-to-end encrypted conversations (WhatsApp/Telegram), secure wallets, no data stored in plain text.

Your GDPR rights
Access, rectification, deletion, objection: just one email to contact@rakeboost.com → processed within 48 hours.
